The arrangement is intended for a wheeled sail board (21). The board has two wheels arranged to either side half-way its length and one or more swivel wheels (13) arranged at the rear and the front of the board. These wheels (13) are swivelable on an upright pivot (15) whose axis (22) is at right angles to, and lies outside the plane through, the horizontal rotational axis of the wheel. A friction brake (26) permits adjustment of the resistance presented to the swivel movement on one or more of the swivel wheels. There may be one central swivel wheel at the rear and two symmetrically arranged swivel wheels at the front. The brake may be a leather or rubber sleeve (26) tightened by a strap (27) on the pivot (15).
