PURPOSE:To simplify TDI construction and to increase S/N ratio and signal processing speed, by leading out alternately lead wires at the both sides of a photo detection terminal array and connecting a time delay integration CCD. CONSTITUTION:A photo detection element array 10, is constituted so that the upper part is scanned for the optical image in parallel in the row direction, and the same optical image detected by the photo detection element in the 1st row is detected sequentially with the photo detection element in the 2nd and 3rd rows and further. The signals detected with each photo detector are picked up at time delay integrators 12 provided left and right the photo detection array 10 every other row. Further, a time series signal output CCD15 is provided left and right the photo detection array 10 corresponding to the respective time delay integrator 12. |
