PURPOSE:To enable simple and quick video element conversion processing, by picking up the specified digital video information in parallel picked up in serial, size reducing or magnifying with proportional share and enabling to fetch it in serial. CONSTITUTION:A digital video element information D1 is read in a shift register 11 of serial-in/parallel-out and read out at a buffer register 12 of parallel-in/parallel- out. An operator group 13 consists of operators of ROM type and executes operation by using stages S1'-S5'. A shift register 14 of parallel-in/serial-out sequentially delivers data O1-O4 in size reducing processing via a buffer register 15 and gives the total body D0 of required data. A buffer register 15 is a register of serial-in/ serial-out, and a control circuit 10 transmits transfer signals LT1 and LT2 for the control. |
