PURPOSE:A whipped stable cosmetic, having high safety without oil off and shape collapse, and prepared by whipping a plastic material consisting of specific wax and oil and a humectant with a gas without using an emulsifier. CONSTITUTION:A whipped stable cosmetic prepared by whipping a plastic material consisting of a high-melting wax and an oil having a polarity and a humectant, e.g. water of propylene glycol, with a gas at an overrun of 5-80%. Carnauba wax or candelilla wax is preferred as the wax, and rapeseed oil, tsubaki oil or safflower oil is preferred as the oil. Inert N2 gas is preferably used as the gas. For example, the cosmetic may be used in a lipstick, foundation, emulsion or cream. |
