PURPOSE:To increase the accuracy of manufacture and the efficiency of manufacture, by interposing an insulator between the gap of inner conductors at coaxial part opposing to converted sections. CONSTITUTION:An insulator 9 having low dielectric constant is coated on the entire external surrounding of an inner conductor 4 of a coaxial part 2. The thickness of the insulator 9 is taken as several tens mu. Since the impedance of the coaxial part 2 and a choke 5 is changed due to the dielectric constant epsilon of the insulator 9 through the coating, the coaxial part 2 and the choke 5 are designed taking into account the dielectric constant epsilon. Thus the coating of the insulator 9 to the inner conductor 4 can avoid strict accuracy of fitting and tolerance of the concentricity among a door knob 3, bearings 7 and the inner conductor 4 in the manufacture and assembling, allowing ease of manufacture and assembling. |
