PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture a three-dimensional electric wiring circuit having a complicated shape, by forming a plated resist layer and an insulating layer with specified semi-solid compositions, respectively. CONSTITUTION:On a releasable sheet A, a plated resist layer B having a desired pattern, an insulating layer C, in which excellent electric conducting powder is dispersed, and a bonding agent layer D as required are sequentially provided. The plated resist layer B comprises a semi-solid composition, whose main components are a solid-state epoxy resin, a liquid epoxy regin, a hardening agent and hardening catalyst. The insulating layer comprises a semi-solid composition, whose main components are excellent electric conducting powder, a solid-state epoxy resin, a liquid epoxy resin, a hardening agent and hardening catalyst. Thus, a three-dimensional electric wiring circuit having a complicated shape is obtained. |
