PURPOSE:To prevent the fall of sensitivity and reproducibility of a material for inspecting immunity by employing a microcapsule on whose wall surface antigens or antibodies have been bonded. CONSTITUTION:Antigens or antibodies labeled by using a labeling substance are bonded on the wall surface of a microcapsule, or antigens or antibodies bonded on the wall surface are labeled by using a labeling substance to form a microcapsule for inspecting immunity. Labeling of the microcapsule can be performed by using what is called a labeling substance such as an isotope, enzyme, fluorescent substance, magnetic substance or ultraviolet-ray absorbing substance. |
