PURPOSE:To prevent ink from overflowing by a method wherein an oil rejecting layer is installed on an elastic body layer and at least one layer of the layer concerned is notched and further, an eliminated ink pool part is installed. CONSTITUTION:A transfer ink Ia comes to contact with a printing plate C through an ink supplying roller Aa and an ink applying roller Ab. The surface of the printing plate C is constituted with a peak part of an oil rejecting layer Ca and a bottom part of an ink capacitance Cd. Since a plate drum B and a holding body Cd are of non compressive quality, the printing pressure is equal to a compressive quality of a rubber type layer constituted with the oil rejecting layer, a photo sensitive layer Cb and an elastic body layer Cc shown in the unshadowed (slant lined) part, and further, it is maintained constant during printing. With this, since ink is compressed in a state wherein it is sealed in a constant partition volume, ink does not overflow from an image position easily, in comparison with an offset printing method in which it is clearly exposed. |
