PURPOSE:The outlet of the pipe that is wound around the peripheral wall of a pyrolyzer is connected to the hot water tank and a pipe from the hot water tank is introduced into the neutralization tank where the neutralized solution is evaporated utilizing the waste heat in the pyrolyzer, thus preventing pollution. CONSTITUTION:Pipe 2 is wound around the peripheral wall of pyrolyzer 1 and one end 2a is connected to hot water storage tank 2 and the other end 2b is to pump 4. Pipe 2 from the hot water storage tank 3 is introduced into neutralization tank 5 and hot water is circulated. Only water in the neutralization tank 5 is evaporated and solid salts remain at the bottom of the neutralization tank 5. The remaining salts are taken out and the discharge of neutralized solution is made unnecessary.
