PURPOSE:To reduce the bent of the rod lever by interposing a heat shrinkable tube between a pregreg sheet wound around a core metal and a tape tightly fasten around an outermost periphery to eliminate bad affects due to the tight fastening of the tape. CONSTITUTION:The prepreg sheet 1 obtained by impregnating a thermosetting synthetic resin liquid into a sheet formed by using a fiber such as a glass fiber or a carbon fiber individually or together is cut into a trapezoidal shape and wound around the core metal 2 having a taper. Around an ouer periphery of this sheet, the head shrinkable resin tube 3 is covered and the tape 4 is wound around the outer peripheral surface so as to provide an overlapped portion. Subsequently, heating, defoaming and curing treatment is carried out and the tape and the heat shrinkable tube are successively peeled to mold the hollow rod lever. |
