PURPOSE:To obtain an air conditioned state at the start of the vehicle travelling by providing a time setting means and a command signal output means outputting a command signal to operate both the air conditioner and an engine at the preset time by the time setting means. CONSTITUTION:A scheduled start time t0 is set by a timer 36 and a desired temperature in the passenger compartment is set by a temperature setting device 30. The output from the temperature setting device 30 is inputted into a microcomputer 40 via a multiplexer 30, A/D converter 34 and P/A 35a and stored in a memory 41. On the other hand, the microcomputer 40 receives a BCD signal 37a from a clock 37 to detect the current time and compares the detected current time with the data t0 stored in the memory 41, so that the engine is started a certain time, e.g., ten minutes before the time t0. Next, the turning on/off a compressor, the opening/closing of an air blowing outlet, the speed of an air blowing fan, etc. are controlled by a pair of solenoids 55, 52 and a motor 53, thereby starting the air conditioning in the passenger compartment. |
