PURPOSE:To improve the operability of the driver of a vehicle without a shelter against the wind and rain such as an autocycle during the wintertime by warming the driver by an electric energy taken out by means of an engine or the like. CONSTITUTION:In the application to the autocycle, a power generator G is driven by the rotation of a crank shaft of the engine E to generate electric power, which is accumulated in a battery B. The electric power thus accumulated in the battery B is supplied properly through switches and connectors to several cold protective means such as a coat R1 and parts R2 of a cold protective suit, coil protective groves R3, boots R4 and seat R5. These cold protective means include a heat generative cloth resilient enough to fit the uneven surface of the driver's body which generates heat all over its surface. The cold protective means are provided with a function to control the heat generating rate. |
