PURPOSE:To suppress the yield of voids in the coil by resupplying the shortage of resin to be impregnated in the stator coil in the heating and curing process. CONSTITUTION:To the stator coil 10 to which the resin has been already injected, is installed a resupplying resin injecting tool 11 comprising a resin dish 12 and a plurality of nozzles 13 provided at the bottom of the disk. During the coil heating and curing process, the resupplying resin 14 is supplied into the stator coil 10 via the nozzles 13 by a natural dropping method. In order to have the optimum natural drops of the resin, the nozzle diameter (d) and the distance L between the nozzle tip and the injecting port of the coil are determined by considering the temperature- viscosity characteristics and the surface tension of the resin. Thus, the shortage of the resin caused by the expansion of the stator coil or caused by the evaporation of volatile component during the heating and curing is supplied. Therefore, the yield of the voids in the stator coil can be suppressed. |
