Shapes were formed by coating substrates having specular glass>70% with an acrylic, epoxy, or urethane resin; or scattering glass beads on the coating before drying of the resin. Thus an Al plate was printed with an aq. dispersion-type acrylic clear ink, and after glass beads were scattered on the shape, the plate was baked at 150≦̸C for 10min. to form a shape by pseudo-corrosion.
