<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a titled high capturing agent which is high in malodorous component adsorbing power, is mechanically strong and permits recycling by using active carbon as a base material, and attaching the predetermined malodorous component capturing attaching agent which captures malodorous components at low temp. and releases the same and is regenerated at high temp. to this. CONSTITUTION:Active carbon is used as a base material and the undermentioned attaching agent is attached to this carrier at 1-50wt%. Namely, the attaching agent which captures the dilute basic malodorous components in a gas at a temperature range of >=150 deg.C by causing salt forming reaction with these, and is regenerated by releasing the adsorbed components through salt decomposition reaction in a temp. range of above the capturing temp. and <=300 deg.C. Spherical active carbon of 0.2-2mm. grain sizes using pitch as a starting raw material is preferable for said active carbon. It is preferable to use the attaching agent of which the salt decomposed matter structure is ammonium salt of inorg. hydroacids or amine salt thereof. In addition, hard-to-volatile inorg. acids are desirable as said acids.</p> |
