PURPOSE:To decrease the number of parts and man-hours of assembling by forming capacitor holding parts and lead-conductor connecting parts by bending a sheet of a metal material, connecting and fixing various parts to it, and cutting and removing unwanted part. CONSTITUTION:A frame shaped terminal metal fitting 9 having the capacitor holding parts 10a1, 10a2, and 10b1 and the lead connecting parts 11a1-11a3 and 11b1- 11b3, by bending the sheet of metal plate. Diodes 12a1-12a3 are connected to the lead connecting parts 11 in a ladder shape, and input leads 14 and an output lead 15 are attached. Ceramic capacitors 16a1, 16a2, and 16b1 are held in the capacitor holding parts 10. After they have been soldered to the metal fitting 9, the unwanted portions are removed by cutting the points X1-X10 of the metal fitting 9. Therefore, the man-hours of assembling and the number of parts can be decreased, and the efficiently blocked rectifier can be formed. |
