PURPOSE:To reduce parts in number while decreasing the number of processes of designing by exercising control by a circuit that controls a phase while putting a desired signal out of phase by prescribed extent. CONSTITUTION:A differential amplifier is composed of transistors 51-58 and while bases of transistors 51, 54, 55, and 58 are connected to input terminal P5, those of transistors 52, 53, 56, and 57 are connected to input terminal P6 to apply control signals to input terminals P5 and P6, thereby determining the current shunting of the differential amplifier. Consequently, even if a shift in phase occurs, voltage signals with the invariably constant phase difference is obtained by taking out outputs from the collectors of transistors 53, 55 and 58, and transistors 52, 54 and 56. |
