PURPOSE:To increase both the wear resistance and the fidelity of a disk record, by coating the ultraviolet-ray hardening resin on th surface of the disk record and thus facilitating an easy exfoliation of the record from the stamper during the production. CONSTITUTION:The liquid resin 2 which is hardened with irradiation of the ultraviolet rays is coated over the surface of a stamper into which the signals are engraved. Then the transparent plate supporter 1 is press-fixed on the resin 2 to secure a uniform thickness of the resin 2. The ultraviolet rays are irradiated through the supporter to harden the liquid resin and then exfoliate the resin from the stamper. Thus a disk record is obtained. The composition of the resin contains 2,2-bis (4-acryloyloxtpolyethylene-oxyphenyl) propane which is expressed by a constitutional formula (where, the total of integers m and n is 3-4.) As a result, the exfoliation of the disk record from the stamper, at the same time enhancing the wear resistance of the signal groove 3 to the diamond stylus and the like. |
