PURPOSE: To provide a knock-type water base pen where the inner and outer cylindrical bodies have a double structure, an opening of the outer cylindrical body is opened and closed with an opening and closing cover body by slightly rotating one of the inner and outer cylindrical bodies, and the water base pen is built in the inner cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION: When an end face of a part 107 of a water base pen body 104 is pushed in a state that an opening 12 of an outer cylindrical body 10 is completely closed by an opening and closing cover body 20, the water base pen body 104 is moved against the elastic force of a spring 110, and is moved forward. A notched hole 101 comprises an inclined cut hole part 102, so that an inner cylindrical body 100 is rotated when an engagement pin 108 is moved in the hole part 102. Whereby the opening and closing cover body 20 is rocked along an engagement groove 22 engaged with an engagement pin 23 of a point cylindrical part 32 in the outer cylindrical body 10 to open the opening 12, and a water base pen point 105 is projected outward from the opening 12, when the water base pen body 104 is further advanced. |
