PURPOSE:The titled cosmetic, capable of generating suitable heat in use, and containing polyethylene oxide, polypropylene oxide or a derivative thereof and an alkylene glycol as essential components. CONSTITUTION:A conditioning cosmetic for the hair of head, having improved finishing effect even in use with water, usable for a hair rinse and hair treatment, etc., and containing polyethylene oxide, polypropylene oxide or a derivative thereof, e.g. polyethylene glycol 200, 300, 400 and 600 (molecular weight), in an amount of 50-90wt%, based on the total cosmetic and a 2-9C alkylene glycol at a weight ratio between the polyethylene oxide, polypropylene oxide or a derivative thereof and the alkylene glycol of 0.1:1-1.0:1. Hydroxypropyl cellulose is preferably used as a viscosity increasing agent in the cosmetic. |
