Fabric cladding process - has spreader to cover fabric width after controlled spray

The cladding material, after mixing, is sprayed on to the material, with a low delivery. The cladding material is then spread or pressed over the material width. The process is designed for applying eg. polyurethane foam to the back of floor coverings, to anchor the fabric structure with a backing layer. There is a spray unit with a spraying head (9) which moves across the fabric (1). This is followed, in the direction of fabric travel, by a spreader (10) or press unit. The process gives a cladding material of suitable viscosity to penetrate the fabric structure and bond it, without loss of cladding matter.
