摘要 <p>The infra-red camera has a number of detectors arranged in lines and columns of a matrix on a semiconductor component, as well as an integrated evaluation circuit. All detectors of one column are connected to a common conductor (81,82) via a switching transistor (211,212). At least one end of the common conductor is connected to an evaluation circuit (31,32). The control electrodes of the switching transistor of each line are connected to a parallel output of a shift register (6) by a conductive strip (71,72) for line addressing. Pref. one side of the semiconductor component carries the switching transistors, the common conductors, the conductive strips and the evaluation circuit, while its other side is coated by a layer transparent to infra-red radiation. The semiconductor component may be of p-conductive silicon, doped with substances whose excitation energy corresp. to that of infra-red quanta.</p>
