<p>A high voltage circuit-breaker (10) having drawout isolation is provided with at least one pair of stems (28, 30) that are displaceable into and out of engagement with contacts (16, 18, 22), to electrically connect the contacts to the circuit- breaker, with at least one of the stems (30) being pivotal such that it may be moved rectilinearly to engage a selected one of two contacts (18 or 22) selected by pivoting of the stem. The contacts (18, 22) which are selectable are connected to a supply and earth respectively, with the other contact (16) being connected to a load, to provide an integral earth facility. <IMAGE></p> |
