PURPOSE:To secure the continuation of an unmanned operation, by giving an indication for the measures for the emergency stop of a machine to the control device once by the worker and through the control table and then indicating the action necessary for recovery of the control device when the similar emergency stop occurs thereafter. CONSTITUTION:An integral control is given to the central processor 1 using the microcomputer, and the state of the machine is detected at the sensor part 2 and then sent to the processor 1. The sensor part 2 is provided at a number of sliding parts each of the processing machinery to detect both the reference point and the extent of variation of the sliding parts. Then the sliding part is driven at the driving part 3 and by the instruction given from the processor 1. The input/output control lever 4 incorporating the CRT display and the keyboard is connected to the processor 1, and thus the worker supplies the emergency stop measures of the machine into the table 4. As a result, an action indication of the processor 1 and necessary for the recovery of the machine is given to the part 3 when the subsequent similar emergency stops are carried out, thus continuing an unmanned operation. |
