<p>PURPOSE:To attain non-interference control of a controlled variable without delaying control time even if a large controlled system is used by providing the titled device with a means for dividing the controlled system into plural blocks and forming a non-interference state mutually among these blocks. CONSTITUTION:Plural stands in a tandem rolling machine, etc., are mutually interferred only by rolling tensile force, but to the inside of each stand, plate thickness, a roll speed and tensile force are mutually interferred. Thereby, the tensile force deviation of a 1st stand is applied to an adder 210 through a block 208, the plate thickness deviation of a 3rd stand is applied to an adder 212 through a block 211 and a tensile force deviation is applied to an adder 212 through a block 214. Thus, interference in a 2nd stand is canceled by using non-interferring blocks 214-218. Other stands are similarly operated.</p> |
