PURPOSE:To saturate an induction magnetization even at a low magnetic field intensity, by a method wherein a specified alloy sheet, which has a coercive force of 6.50e or less, rectangular hysteresis characteristic and a large number of punched openings, is used as a filter material. CONSTITUTION:A filter part is constituted by installing a filter material 2 in a filter vessel 1. An amorphous alloy sheet 5, which has erosion resistance, a coercive force of 6.50e or less, rectangular hysteresis characteristics, and a saturation magnetization of about 1.5KG, is used as said filter material 2. A large number of punched oblong openings 6 having each e.g. 1X2mm. dimensions are formed on q whole surface of the alloy sheet 5, and a large number of projections and recesses 7 are formed on the outside of the surface. This permits the production of magnetic filters which have a high erosion resistance, a high processing effect even at a low magentic field intensity, and an excellent mechanical strength, and easily recovers magnetic grains which are seperately caught. |
