Applying heat and keeping the temp. of a double hot water bath at 75-95≦̸C, dissolve pure water and sugar.in a mixer to form an initial compn. to which add beef tallow and palm oil fatty acidic metal salts, glycerin and ethylalcohol to obtain a liq. phase compn. And outflow the liq. phase compn. on the surface of synthetic resin film or aluminum foil to form transparent film soap.
