Title compds. (I; R1 = C1-6straight or side chain alkyl, phenyl, heteroaryl; R2 = alkyl, H; R3 = Me, MeO, halogen, H) and their salts were prepd. by alkylation of II with III(Y = strong acid group), acylation IV with R1SOCl and alkylation of V with R2X (X = halogenoacid, sulfuric acid semi-ester). Thus, 21.5 g II(R1 = Me; R2 = H).HCl was heated 26.9 g ethyleneketal of III, 25.4 g NaHCO3, and 5 g KI in 250 ml (CH3)2CONH2 at 100≦̸C, 90 min to give I.HCL(yield 59%).
