PURPOSE:To copy consecutively a long-sized original by providing a bypass for the purpose of conveying the originals after separation on the original drum side, absorbing the length of the original through passage of this bypass and supporting the same again on the original drum. CONSTITUTION:The 1st separating pawl 31 and the 2nd separating pawl 32 are provided in the lower part of an original drum 11 in such a manner that their ends are separable from the surface of the drum. The 1st discharge path 33 is communicating with the discharge tray of the apparatus from the 1st separating pawl 31 and the 2nd discharge path 35 which is a bypass path communicating with the original supply path 34 is extending from the 2nd separating pawl 32. The 1st original detector 36 and the 2nd original detector 37 are provided on the original supply path 34. The original passes the supply path 34 and is fed to the original drum. When it is detected by the 1st detector 36, a feed timing is taken. In the case of consecutive copying, the original is straightly conveyed on the original drum without being separated by the 1st separating pawl 31 and is again subjected to exposure. |
