摘要 PURPOSE:To perform automatic combustion control with a high accuracy by determining the heating condition of a slab using an estimated value from the heating condition of the slab in great variations in the operating condition of a furnace and determining the furnace temperature from the slab temperature raising pattern. CONSTITUTION:The furnace temperature from temperature detectors 3a-3c is inputted at a fixed period to a data inputting part 101 and noise cut. The furnace temperature is inputted therefrom to a temperature calculating part 102 and the slab temperature distribution is calculated. The staying time in the furnace of the slab is preestimated by an extraction scheduling part 103, and changed to a new value according to change the rolling plan etc. The slab temperature raising pattern generating part 104 selects a temperature raising pattern that heats to the target temperature in that staying time basing on the change of staying time of the slab in the furnace and an optimum furnace temperature calculating part 105 determines the setting value. An outputting part 106 checks the upper and lower limits of the setting value and outputs the target value. This acts on fuel adjusting systems 4a-4c so that the target value coincides with the furnace zone temperature of the detector 3 to adjust the flow rate of the fuel.
