PURPOSE:To obtain an IC which is low in the minimum operating voltage and also low in the power consumption, by connecting in series the circuit or the element having the constant-current characteristic, and the resistor, dividing the supply voltage, and supplying the electric power to the CMOS.IC from both the ends of this resistor. CONSTITUTION:The element or the circuit 26, having the constant-current characteristic, such as MNOS transistor, is connected in series to the resistor 27, and is connected to the electric power source 25. Then, voltage is applied to the oscillation part 21 made of CMOS.IC, from both the ends of the resistor 27. In this way, even if the supply voltage drops, the oscillation part 21 is able to continue its oscillation within the range of the constant-current characteristic of the constant-current characteristic element 26. |
