PURPOSE:To intend the shortening of the manufacturing period together with the decrease of steps of the molding process by injecting a casting resin from a casting inlet opened near the lower portion of a winding and lifting up the resin toward the upper end portion of the winding through a space of a lead side. CONSTITUTION:Lower parts of an inside and an outside cylinders 5 and 6 set grasping a winding 3 are closely placed on a bottom plate 31 through a packing 32. A casting pipe 33 comprising an insulator connected with a casting device is inserted into one of spaces of a lead side. The lower end thereof is adapted to be a casting inlet opened near the lower portion of the winding and the resin is sent pressurized therefrom. The casting resin 10 is filled in the lower end of the winding first, and then a necessary amount of casting is filled to the upper end of the winding through the space of the lead side. After the solidification of the resin, the casting pipe 33 is separated at the surface of the resin 10. As the result, the mold winding requiring less manufacturing labor, a short manufacturing period and a good turnouer can be obtained. |
