PURPOSE:To make it possible to execute the removing work of foreign matter in the rubber tube safely and efficiently, by providing the chuck cylinder unit operated by pressure air which is supplied from the pressure air supply source. CONSTITUTION:The chuck cylinder unit 101 is provided with a chuck plate 103 formed to a concave curved surface similar to the curvature of the outside circumferential surface of a rubber tube to be tested, at the tip of its piston rod 102, and it is connected to the air feed conduit line 27 for connecting the pressure air supply source 108 and the ball feed part 5, at the position of the back stage of the switch valve 28 by the air feed tube 104. When testing a finished rubber tube, pressure air is supplied to both the ball feed part 5 and the rubber tube to be tested 25 by opening the switch valve 28, and at the same time, it is supplied to the chuck cylinder units 101, 101', as well, through the air feed tube 104. And, the fitting end part of the rubber tube to be tested 25 is firmly fixed to the conduit line end parts 23, 24 of the ball return conduit line and the line to be tested, by the chuck plate 103 of the piston rod 102, and it is prevented that it is detached unexpectedly. |
