<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the torque fluctuation, by installing a torque limiter within the driving route of both the shift gear and the gear mounted to the chassis in a free forward/backward rotating way. CONSTITUTION:With a clockwise rotation of the 1st gear 137, the change-over lever 139 is turned closkwise via the friction component 141. Then the shift lever 161 is turned closkwise via the coupling lever 163. Thus the shift gear 165 engages the take-up gear 171 to give a control to the rotation of the lever 161, lever 139 and others. As a result, a slip a caused between the gear 137 and the lever 139. The rotation of the gear 137 is transmitted to the 2nd gear 147 via the torque limiter 149 and furthemore to the take-up gear 171 via the gear 165. Thus the excessive rotary force is limited to be transmitted from the gear 137 to the gear 147 in order to reduce the torque fluctuation.</p> |
