<p>Novel antiinflammatory antipyratic and analgesic agents based on substituted benzhydrindanes are developed which can be used in anyconventional form in small doses. The compounds are prepared by series of reactions producing several intermediates which are isolable. The reactions start from benzhydrindane and proceeding to the preparation of various substituted derivatives, the benzhydrindane itself being obtained from suitable cyclopentanone.</p> |
