PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a void and improve the insulating characteristic by forming spaces with an insulating material having a wave formed between coil elements constructed coaxially and impregnating a mold resin to a porous insulators to cure it. CONSTITUTION:Coil elements 102-104 are positioned coaxially and are disposed to form spaces 106 necessary for the insulation and cooling by wave formed insulators 106. Coil elements 101 are dried in a vacuum, and a resin having 200-5,000c.P. of viscosity is impregnated thereto in a vacuum. After taking it out from a resin container, it is secured to a rotary apparatus having a rotary axial inclined by a few degrees against a horizontal direction, and rotated. Thus, when the temperature of the coil element is raised to a given temperature, the resin 113 stored in a space 106a is stuck to the inner circumference of the element 102 uniformly and the resin in space 106b flows to the outside. Accordingly, the occurrence of the void can be prevented and the insulating performance is increased. |
