The umbrella-holder comprises a bag (1) of supple water- proofed material, and folds or rolls up for storage, and is used to stow an umbrella (3) in an automobile. It may be provided with a hook (2) by which it is suspended from the back-rest of an automobile seat (4). The hook also is used to maintain it (1) in the rolled up form. The hook is fixed at the upper end of the holder. The holder prevents drainage of the umbrella onto the floor of the vehicle.
