PURPOSE:To save materials for a rotary electric machine and to reduce the number of steps of manufacturing the machine by drawing a regular triangular steel plate thereby forming an end bracket and forming clamps and supports for fixedly mounting a rotor at three vertexes of the bracket. CONSTITUTION:The regular triangular steel plate is drawn, and an end bracket 5 of -shape in cross section is formed. The three vertexes of the steel plate are bent perpendicularly to the cylindrical body and are formed with clamps 6 for engaging and clamping a stator iron core, and are further formed with supports 15 for mounting fixedly the rotor body at the end. Thus, the materials are saved and the number of steps of manufacturing the rotary electric machine can be reduced when forming the support for fixing the rotary electric machine body provides as a part of the end bracket forming a frame. |
