The housing of the apparatus is intended to protect mutual interference of included electronic modules. It has a box-shaped frame, open on both sides and forming the narrow sides of the apparatus housing, with two lids of identical shape. At least one partition is provided parallel to the lids, dividing the frame space into two chambers. In each chamber is arranged a circuit board with several electronic modules, parallel to the partition. Each circuit board has intermediate walls, parallel to the side walls of the frame. These intermediate walls form electrically screened chambers, together with the circuit boards, the side walls of the frame and the respective lid. Pref. the frame and partition are formed in one piece typically by injection moulding, being of plastics with an electrically conductive surface. Between each lid and the upper edge of the intermediate walls may be fitted rubber profiles of conductive material.
