<p>The rectangular stool has a leg at each corner and provides a cushioned seat. It comprises an upholstered (4) cushion (3) mounted on a rigid board (2) which is fixed to a braced sub-frame (1). Rigid laths (6) are fixed to the edges of the cushion cover, being returned under the edges of the board to secure the cover. Inclined headless pins may project from the board and may engage appropriately sited holes in laths, screws being used to pull the board down onto the frame to secure the assembly.</p> |
