PURPOSE:To rapidly discharge the electric charge of a smoothing capacitor of a collector circuit on an abnormalous condition, by providing a diode circuit between an anode and cathode of a body power source reversely to the output of the body power source which diode circuit satisfies given conditions. CONSTITUTION:When a detecting circuit detects that a body current overs a predetermined value, a switch circuit closes and the electric charge of a smoothing capacitor 1e starts to discharge. The discharge current by-passes a diode rectifier circuit 3b of the body power source 3 to a diode circuit 10 and is annihilated through a discharge resistance 8. When the traveling device is operated in normal condition, the diode circuit 10 is by-passed reversely to the output of the body power source 3 and the device is operated stably. |
