PURPOSE:To stabilize a limiter point by connecting one end of terminals of 1st and 2nd diodes mutually, the other terminal of the 1st diode to a line through which a signal is to be sent, connecting the other terminal of the 2nd diode to a reference voltage and the mutual connecting point of the 1st and 2nd diodes to a power supply via a resistor. CONSTITUTION:A diode D3 having the same characteristic as a diode D2 is connected to the diode D2, then the cathode voltage of the diodes D2, D3 is made equi-potential when the diode D2 acts like a limiter. That is, in connecting the cathode of the diode D3 to a reference voltage Vref, the temperature characteristic of the diode D2 is canceled by the diode D3 and the limiter point of the diode D2 is equal to the reference voltage. Thus, the change in the limiter point is improved even when ambient temperature changes. |
