PURPOSE:To form the flat coil by the simple working by winding a wire in a conical coil shape in accordance with the spiral formed by the periphery of a volute spring, pushing the wound coil into a flat shape, and heating it to be melted and connected. CONSTITUTION:The wire 9 which constitutes the flat coil is inserted into the center hole of a tube 3 from one opening, and taken out of a tube opening 3a formed at the other end. The wire is wound in a conical coil shape in accordance with the spiral formed by the periphery of the volute spring 5. Then, a heating compressor 10 is advanced to a main frame 2. The conical coil is pushed into the flat shape, and heated to be melted and connected by flowing the current through a heater 13. |
