PURPOSE:To obtain the multiple rectangularly wound tube coil which is highly resistant to the shorting mechanical strength and whose quality is excellent by winding the multiple rectangularly wound tube coil wherein a wire and interlayer paper with bonding varnish are wound around a tubular bobbin to form multiple layers, and forming the coil in a desired form by compressing and heating. CONSTITUTION:The wire 2 and the interlayer paper 3 with bonding varnish are wound around the tubular bobbin 7 to form multiple layers thereby a multiply wound tubular coil 6 is formed. At the inside of the bobbin 7 of said tubular coil 6, a pair of two inside frames 8 are provided. A wedge 9 is provided between the two frames. Heaters 10 are enclosed in the inside frames 8 and the wedge 9. Coil forming plates 11 and 12 comprising a hydraulic press and the like are arranged at the four sides of the outside of the bobbin 7. Heaters 13 are enclosed in the forming plates 11 and 12. The multiple rectangularly wound tube coil in the desired shape is formed by applying the pressure by the forming apparatus at a specified temperature. Thus, the multiple rectangularly wound tube coil which is highly resistant to the shorting mechanical strength and whose quality is excellent is manufactured. |
