PURPOSE:To form an uniform film free from any pinhole by joining a cylindrical body then melt-coating thermoplastic synthetic resin powder on the uncoated surface of the joined part. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical body blank of which the surface other than at least the joining surface is coated with ordinary paint is joined by welding, soldering or the like. Thence, thermoplastic synthetic resin powder of 30-200mu mean grain sizes and 80-200 deg.C m.p. is melt-coated on the uncoated inside surface. Nylon 8, Nylon 10, polyester, etc. are usable for the resin. Even if the joined part is rugged, a uniform coating film free from any pinhole may be formed by melt-coating. |
