<p>PURPOSE:To make lamination efficiently by a method wherein a manufactured board formed of ethylene polymer fibers and natural fibers, etc. is preheated at a specified temperature and a surface material is laid thereon and pressed in the manufacture of the manufactured laminate which is used for a ceiling material, a wall material and the like and is excellent in heat-insulating and sound-absorbing properties. CONSTITUTION:As for the manufactured board, the composition formed of ethylene polymer resin fibers, natural fibers and a hard hollow body, which is processed by wet manufacturing, is employed. The manufactured board is preheated so as to for the surface temperature thereof to be 150-230 deg.C and then in the state of being laminated with the surface material is supplied to a pressmold. As the surface material, ethylene polymer resin is convenient, since it is fused by heat and acts as an adhesive ethylene polymer resin film. In addition, the manufactured board is kept at a certain temperature by preheating and, therefore, the time required for pressing can be shortened to a large extent.</p> |
