<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of such troubles as turn-up or breakage of a tube by a method wherein the starting end part of a rubber or synthetic resin tube having flexibility is fitted on the starting end part of a pipe and a fluid is pressed in on the outside surface of the tube in the direction of its final end. CONSTITUTION:The starting end part 8a of the tube 8 is drawn in from a guide roll 7 and feeding rolls 6 to an insertion port 5 through a pressure vessel 2 and fitted firmly on the starting end part of a pipe 1 to be reclaimed. Next, after the pressure vessel 2 is fixed to the starting end part of the pipe 1 at the insertion port 5 positioned at the end thereof, compressed air or the like is supplied from a compressor 4 into the pressure vessel 2, and by the pressure of this compressed air the tube 8 is inserted into the pipe 1, while the tube 8 being turned back reversely. The tube 8 can be selected from those made of synthetic resin such as polyethylene or natural rubber, which have the outside diameter equal to the inside diameter of the pipe 1 to be reclaimed and flexibility.</p> |
