摘要

The double-glazing frame has U-section profiles with cylindrical passages running lengthwise for self-tapping screws securing it to the windowframe. A seal forms an airtight joint between it and the latter, but allows removal. It can hinge on the windowframe, or be secured to it via an intermediate one. There is a continuous seal running round it, whose ends are joined by gluing, or welding.
