<p>PURPOSE:A heat generating agent for ''kai-ro'' (a portable body warmer) giving a high temperature, having a prolonged retention of heat and capable of being simply prepared, which comprises an iron powder, an oxidation accelerator and powdered ''mizu-ishi''. CONSTITUTION:10g of powdered ''mizu ishi'' (a pale white, porous rockstone, obtained in a mountain at 2033, AZA NAKANOKIRI, OAZA HITOEGANE, KAMITAKARA-MURA, YOSHIKI0-GUN, GIFU-PREFECTURE), 5g of a porous perlite powder and 5g of active carbon, are mixed, to form a mixed agnet (A). Then about 20g of said mixed agent (A) is mixed with about 25g of an aqueous solution, composed of 100cc of water, 0.3g of sodium chloride and 0.1g of carboxymethyl cellulose, to obtain a wet sandlike mixture (C). While 30g of an iron powder in mixed with 0.2g of powdered aluminum, to form a mixed iron powder (D). About 20-30g of the mixed agnet (C) is packed in a vinyl polymer bag, and about 25-30g of the mixed iron powder (D) is packed in a similar the bag. The both are placed in a separate vinyl polymer bag, and then bag is sealed, to obtain a heat generating agent for ''kai-ro''.</p> |
