MEASURING METHOD OF SPEED OF MOBILE BODY

PURPOSE:To obtain the speed of a mobile body, even if an angle between the moving direction of the mobile body and the direction of radiation of electromagnetic waves is unknown, by radiating electromagnetic waves two times and measuring the Doppler frequencies to said two electromagnetic waves. CONSTITUTION:Two electromagnetic waves crossing each other with a known angle DELTAtheta toward a nobile body 2 are radiated from electromagnetic wave radiation antennas 3, 3' and the Doppler frequency shifts are measured. The speed of the mobile body 2 are be obtained through the operation by using the Doppler frequency shift and the crossing angle DELTAtheta of the electromagnetic waves.
